Our Standard Shipping Workflow (FOB Terms)

For most of our clients, we operate on FOB (Free On Board) terms, which is the most common and balanced incoterm in international trade. Here is what to expect:

1. Production Completion & Inspection:
   Your order undergoes final quality control. Once passed, we will notify you and provide a detailed report.

2. Goods Ready for Shipment:
   The goods are packed securely and transported to the designated Chinese port (e.g., Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen).

3. Export Customs Clearance:
   This is a key service we provide. Our team handles all the complex export customs formalities and documentation in China on your behalf.

4. On the Vessel:
   Once the goods are loaded onto the ship, the title and risk transfer to you (the buyer). We will provide you with the essential Bill of Lading (B/L) and other shipping documents.

5. Main Ocean Freight & Destination:
   You (or your freight forwarder) will manage and pay for the main ocean freight cost, marine insurance, and all destination port charges and import customs clearance.

Key Shipping Incoterms We Offer

We provide flexibility to meet your logistical needs:

• EXW (Ex Works): You are responsible for the entire shipping process from our factory gate. We recommend this for experienced importers with their own shipping agents in China.

• FOB (Free On Board): Our most popular and recommended option. We handle everything to get your goods onto the ship. You handle the main ocean freight and destination.

• CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): We arrange and pay for the main ocean freight and insurance to your nearest port. You handle all destination costs and import customs.

• Documentation: We provide all necessary shipping documents promptly, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading.

  A: Absolutely. We can seamlessly cooperate with your nominated freight agent.

  A: Samples are typically shipped via express couriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The cost is borne by the client but can be deducted from the future bulk order.
